Subject: Expansion card fan + 2 case fans

Hi,
I'm looking to install two case fans. One sucking air in at the front, and one blowing out at the back (just like the PSU fan).
I'm considering adding an expansion card fan just above my graphics card, but this will blow air 'down' onto the graphics card (in the opposite direction of the case cooling).
Is this a bad idea, or will it cool the graphics card all the same?
