I want to know is there any specific process to do anodize on aluminum extrusion for HEAT SINK? Is Black is must for HEAT SINK? if yes than Matt or glossy makes difference?

yes, there's a special anodization process for Aluminum.
As explained on this site, the color of the heatsink does not make any difference.
