I\'m currently using a Pentium M processor, and I think it may be overheating. Does anyone know of a third-party program that would allow me to view the current temperature? Near as I can tell the manufacturer does not provide one.

You could download a release of Linux and install the \"sensors-applet\" (http://sensors-applet.sourceforge.net). This will give you a CPU temperature reading.
