Subject: Celeron Without CPU Fan

Has anyone ever used a newer Celeron and disconnected the heat sink fan? I just got a new Celeron 1.8 (430 Conroe) and it runs cool 20\'s to 30\'s with or without the heatsink fan plugged up. The fan makes som much noise that it is unbearable. |
