should be taking air out of heat sinc. blowing air in will also exspeediantly fill sinc with dust. |

Have the fan blowing into the heatsink, that way the fan will not suck warm air form the VRMs around the cpu |

...Or if you are talking about the case fan, that should be blowing out of the case. If its attached to the cpu heatsink, it should be blowing into the cpu heatsink |
