What cpus tend to run the coolest? Intel or amd? I am putting a pc in a cabinet where I will not have the normal fans for airflow.

MD athlon 64's are cooler than their inntel conterparts (i.e. p4 prescott) however if you want the coolest (and sometimes fastest) chip around go for the pentuim M
