Hi,
yes, but make sure the thermal sensor is placed properly (close to the GPU). As with CPU fans, any fan RPM monitoring that might be present will not work anymore afterwards.
Many graphics cards already have a temperature control circuit; in this case, the temp controller will not bring any improvement.
