Subject: Problem fan zv5000

I have a laptop hp zv5000 since summer starts the laptop turns off (i think is for the heat) this laptop has two fans in the bottom when i turn it on the both fans stars runnign but two seconds later a fan shuts down i am not sure if this fan turno on automatic when the heat increase or if a got a set a configuration please i need some help. |
