Fans blowing INTO the case AND positioned at the lowest point (bottom) of the case are introducing lots of fresh, cool air. If these fans are blowing from the bottom of the case OUTWARDS then they are fitted improperly IMHO. Re-fit them so that they blow INTO the case.
